Nichole brings years of legal experience to the firm’s business law and intellectual property practice. She utilizes her elite big law firm experience to provide top tier yet cost-effective advice and counsel to businesses, universities and individuals throughout the world. Nichole protects our clients’ business interests and intellectual property assets through business entity formation, brand development, securing patents and trademarks, contract negotiation, asset acquisition, due diligence and licensing.

Originally from Michigan, Nichole attended Michigan State University from which she graduated with honors in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology with a specialization in molecular genetics and a Bachelors of Art in Political Science. She has extensive foreign studies including honors courses in comparative legal systems at the University of New South Wales, honors courses in European politics at the University of London and legal studies in international commercial arbitration at the University of Linz. Nichole also interned with the Australian Parliament, where she studies the formation of Australia’s gene technology legislation.

Nichole worked as a paralegal and patent agent at a prestigious law firm while attended Georgia State University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2010. Balancing the rigors of law school with the high demand of her law firm position, she developed key organizational skills that enable her to coordinate large projects while keeping an eye on the immediate and long-term goals of the client. Nichole has worked in the legal industry from the ground up, providing her with the unique ability to understand each step of the legal process.

When Nichole is not working or traveling on her next adventure, she is an avid volunteer with children’s organization, including Girl Scouts of America, Rise Up and her local Parent Teacher Association.
